Hello everyone!!!
This is only my third day of home MTC, but today is my P-day!! Friday will be my P-day for all of MTC, then it'll be Monday after I arrive in Georgia on May 13th! Going into it, I felt so underqualified and unprepared. Now, I know that isn't true. God doesn't call the qualified. He qualifies the called. I have already learned more than I could have imagined learning in the first month, let alone two days. I know I am right where I'm supposed to be.
After being set apart Tuesday night, I started my training bright and early on Wednesday morning. We were welcomed with open arms and debriefed on how everything in the MTC works. My teachers, Sister Gross and Sister Anderson, are the best!!! I love my district so much already! My companion, Sister Lord, is so sweet, and I can't wait to meet her and my district in person on Tuesday! We had the opportunity to meet our branch president yesterday, and he and his wife are little balls of sunshine. They're a lot like temple workers who always have a radiant smile and the most inviting presence to them. Shoutout President and Sister Mitton! President Mitton let me and Sister Lord know that he served in Atlanta!! He told us that we're going to have a blast. Hallelujah.
Shoutout to mother for buying me a diet coke both days of class this week I love you mom
I thought having 7 hours of Zoom every day would be really hard, but after the first day was over, I didn't really feel that way! (I did a little bit after my first class, but my second one was awesome sauce) It isn't ever boring and I've learned so much. The second day felt even faster! My study journal is filling up quickly! Sister Lord and I teach our first lesson on Monday! Wish us luck! (I'm so scared but I CAN DO ALL THINGS WITH CHRIST!)
Life hack! If you're tired and feeling like you're going to crash out, go eat some strawberries dipped in chocolate. My mom and I can confirm that it's healing.
I fly to Provo on Tuesday morning! Pray I don't lose any of my four things of luggage

John 15:1-16

I love you! Jesus loves you!

xoxo, Sister Anderson
